We will do our best to dispatch stock promptly and accurately. If an item is out of stock, we will try to restock it as soon as possible. If something is no longer available, we will ensure that it is removed from the online store immediately. If any mistakes happen and your orders are unavailable, we will be happy to provide an exchange or refund.
ORDER CONFIRMATION / NOTIFICATION
Please check your Junk/Spam folder if you did not receive an order confirmation email.
We will send a tracking number once the goods have been dispatched.
CLICK & COLLECT
Picking your order is at the Boneyard Pukekohe store.
We will notify you by email when the goods are ready to be collected. It usually takes 1 to 2 business days to receive your funds.
NEW ZEALAND
PLEASE NOTE: Our shipping fee will increase from the 1st October 2023 due to our couriers' rising costs.
North Island:
We offer a FREE standard shipping fee on purchases over $150.
It will require the additional freight cost of $8.90 on purchases less than $150.
Please allow 2 to 5 working days for your order to arrive.
South Island:
We offer a FREE standard shipping fee on purchases over $150.
It will require an Additional freight cost of $12.90 on purchases less than $150.
Please allow 3 to 7 working days for your order to arrive.
Some rural areas and small Islands:
We are happy to take your orders. However, due to limited services by Couriers, we may contact our customers for additional shipping fees.
Large items:
Large hardware goods, Skateboards and Travel bags will incur a $10 additional shipping fee.
OVERSEAS:
Currently, we do not dispatch our products overseas. Sorry!
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
We will deliver all parcels by New Zealand Courier, New Zealand Post and Post Haste.
It will require your signature upon delivery.
We are currently unable to deliver to PO BOX addresses.
We will process your orders between 9 am - 5 pm Monday to Friday.
Orders placed on Friday will be processed the following Monday. It takes 1 - 2 days to get your funds cleared.
