Boneyard started under the trade name "Jeanery 90", a surf and denim store that opened their doors over 20 years ago in the heart of Pukekohe.
The success of Jeanery 90 led to the opening of a second store called "Red" in Manukau City, which focused primarily on denim. Within only a few years "Boneyard" opened directly next to Red, specialising in surf, street and skate wear. Eventually the two stores merged into one, trading solely under the name "Boneyard". In the meantime "Boneyard Pukekohe" was in the pipeline and opened it's doors in 2007.
After serving several years in Manukau it was time to come back to our roots and say goodbye to Red in Manukau. Jeanery 90 merged with the new Boneyard store and the bold move to leave the main street of Pukekohe was made. We set up shop in the fast developing shopping complex in Pukekohe called "The Zone". Today the store proudly stocks quality surf and street wear from both New Zealand and International brands.
